President’s Day Fiber Arts Camp

Travel back in time this President’s Day and explore the colors, crafts, and creativity of early America! In this hands-on fiber arts camp, students will learn how people in George Washington’s era made dyes, inks, and textiles using plants, minerals, and everyday materials. Campers will create their own colonial-style ink, try dyeing with historical natural dyes, and make a delicious seasonal smoothie to fuel their creativity. A perfect blend of history, science, art, and nourishment!
